Technical Design
Technical drawings and 3D/CAD models with exact measurements. Multiple prop versions planned: hero, lightweight and stunt foam.

Manufacturing
Sculpting and silicone/resin moulds, 3D printing, machining and electronics, carpentry, metalwork and soft-prop sewing.

Set Dressing
Texture, colour and weathering. Sanding, patinas and rust to make every object feel lived-in — never new unless the script asks.

Camera & Continuity
Look tests under set lighting, ergonomic checks with the actor, and exact replicas to guarantee continuity across takes.
